1. Download and Fill-up the Membership Application Form

2. Submit the accomplished application form together with the following documentary requirements at the OHAAP Secretariat’s Office.

I. General Requirements

• SEC/DTI Certificate of Approval of Registration
• Company Profile
• Latest copy of General Information Sheet (GIS)
• Latest copy of Business Permit
• Latest copy of Annual Financial Report submitted to BIR/SEC
• List of members (applicable only for local chapter)
• Passport-size photo of (one) official and (three) alternate representatives
• Company Logo (high resolution)
• Check payment representing your company’s Application Fee, Annual Membership Dues and General Membership Meeting Sponsorship Fee. Check payable to:
  • Account Name : OUT-OF-HOME ADVERTISING ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES INC.
  • Account Number : 227-7227-522-565
  • Bank / Branch : METROBANK Buendia-Dian

II. Registration Fee / Application Fee

Regular Member – Php 30,000.00

Associate Member – Php 15,000.00

A BONA FIDE member may be classified as:

A. REGULAR MEMBER

– any full service company or an entity with established office in the area of operation, with facilities for fabrication and maintenance of out-of-home advertising and signage, shall be eligible to vote and can be voted as a member of the Board.

B. ASSOCIATE MEMBER

– any company or individual with established office in the area of operation indirectly providing services and/or products to the Industry such as, media buying service providers, advertisers, ad agencies, suppliers, financial, legal, accounting or auditing, site brokers, contractors, and the like.

– cannot vote for any Board member or on any membership issue but may, among themselves, elect one (1) representative to sit as ex-officio member of the Board.

III. Annual Membership Dues / Annual GMM Sponsorship Fee

Regular Member – Php 30,000.00 / Php 5,000.00 = Php 35,000.00

Associate Member – Php 15,000.00 / Php 5,000.00 = Php 20,000.00

IV. Additional Requirements for Billboard and LED Operators

• List of existing billboard/LED structures together with building permit and sign permit.
• Certificate of Structural Stability
